Customer Service Representatives can expect:

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls and guests.
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to our office, this is not a work-from-home opportunity.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply!
