Holman Infiniti has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Experience Champion to join the Holman Family.

Primary Responsibilities

Our CEC Champion role is located in-store to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Dealership / CEC Partnership, as well as provide a Best-In-Class customer experience. The CEC Champion will also be responsible for:

  • Maximizing Internet Lead Turn Over (TO) performance, by ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
  • Create/Set Appointment with Customer (Outbound Calling, Emails, Texting)
  • Confirm appointments with customers to maximize show ratio
  • Preparing for all internet-lead appointments in-store
  • Ensure the vehicle is pulled up, fueled, clean and marked specifically for the customer by name
  • Review notes with Sales Managers and Sales Consultant relevant to customer

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Years of Customer Service or Sales Experience
  • Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
  • Familiarity with BDC Functions a plus
  • Time management, organization
  • Able to navigate CRM Systems
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone
  • Ability to interact and work with CEC and Store employees at all levels in the organization
