Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial operations and maintenance services. Position reports to the Project Manager. Position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications/Experience:

The Custodial Supervisor shall have at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalency and 3 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the supervision of custodial operations for large commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of custodial staff performing cleaning services in large buildings
• Ensure work specifications are followed and performed to the satisfaction of management while providing the highest level of custodial service to the client
• Perform daily inspections as required; perform administrative duties in completing all necessary forms and submissions
• Monitor custodial supplies
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and on-the-job training for team members.
• Must have an excellent record of customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
