CRM Manager - MarketingBCforward is currently seeking highly motivated CRM Manager - Marketing for Remote. Title: CRM Manager - MarketingLocation: RemoteRate: TBDDuration: Long term Position Description A global financial services leader is looking for a contract CRM Manager-Marketing. The CRM Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and execution for email and SMS marketing communications. This person will be deep in the details of specific communications while establishing and maintaining the higher-level, holistic experience that is aligned with business objectives. What Else Will You Do?* Works cross-functionally to evaluate and define the holistic communication strategy as it relates to emails, SMS and push notifications. Includes balancing marketing, loyalty and transactional messages across teams, regions and platforms.* Ability to define new approach and explain why to executive leadership.* Manages deployment of email and SMS through salesforce.* Manages, responds to, and prioritizes campaign requests that come from all departments across the business.* Builds and manages communication strategies/journeys and email/ SMS calendars.* Works with data team on audience segmentation, including list management.* Evaluates current overall process for marketing communications and makes recommendations for improvements; implements recommended changes to process across teams.* Creates and utilizes templates to for emails, use tools within Salesforce to filter, throttle, tag, check limits, tag links, etc.; ensures all email campaigns comply with current email best practice.* Updates the email layout/design to match the new look and feel on our website.* Reviews and approves/rejects all ad-hoc global consumer marketing requests.* Provides monthly tracking and reporting to measure campaign performance.* Launches A/B tests, analyzes results, and identifies actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance. What Skills and Experience Will You Have?* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.* 5+ years eMarketing experience, some must be in financial services or banking (eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience will also be considered).* Skilled in Marketing Tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.* Communicate efficiently and work well with teams cross-functionally across the globe.* Ability to prioritize work, approve/reject requests, gain alignment from other departments, etc.* Solid understanding of financial Industry lines of business.* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.* Experience reporting and analyzing data.* Proven track record of aggressive channel growth.
