Our client, a major entertainment studio, is looking for a Creative Coordinator/Designer to join the Ad Sales Creative Studios team.

Responsibilities:


Support the Creative Studios Senior Manager with day-to day-operational responsibilities
Assist in management, creation, production & delivery of Ad Sales materials for interactive, digital and print projects
Assist w/Creative Studios artwork creative development, production & approvals
Perform Jr Designer duties when needed- proficient in Adobe CC software, including InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
Assist w/ QC’ing all final files, ensuring deliverables meet quality & spec standard
Asset coordination managing all digital library archival
Ensure timely upload to file share for wide studio usage
Assist in the organization of all creative studios print material for Ad Sales internal and external events
Update & manage weekly departmental creative project status, including RIM
Field & manage incoming creative reviews from internal/external departments. Ensure creative leads review in timely manner
Assist in organization/coordination of production of all print materials from the pre-press stage through printing & shipping/delivery
Assist in gather elements for the building of mechanicals
Assist in management of outdoor prints for the Supersign and 1 Lincoln Square, ensuring all materials are laid out, approved & produced on schedule and delivered on time
Aid in any add’l departmental/team projects as needed


Musts:


1-3 years of multimedia and graphic design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint
Project Management and scheduling skills
Experienced in working with branding guidelines (color theory, layout, typography, graphic design, etc.)


Pluses:


After Effects
Knowledge of digital and print processes, photography
