As a Corporate Recruiter, you will have an immediate impact on CNH Industrial's recruiting team. You will partner with the internal recruiting team, HR and the business functions to share and implement standard methodologies, processes and tools.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with geographically distributed hiring managers to scope and articulate roles
• Build OFCCP compliant job descriptions and passive candidate marketing plans that drive successful recruiting
• Support CNH Industrial's diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce of backgrounds, experiences, and styles
• Reliably handle requisitions while maintaining both manager and candidate happiness
• Support recruiting methodologies and workflows to continue to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
• Handle relationships with external recruiting partners in support of your requisitions
• Use Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to support active candidates and to develop robust candidate pipelines
• Influence, collaborate and build relationships with internal and external partners

This position pays $83,000 - $120,000. (Actual salary will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or similar field plus 3 or more years of experience recruiting for salaried/professional positions, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing organization
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree with 6 or more years of experience recruiting for salaried/professional positions, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing organization, will be considered
• Ability to travel up to 20%
