Location: Shiner TX or Bryan TX NO REMOTE)
Relocation: Assistance offered
Salary Range: $120k-$150k+ (Depending on experience)
Bonus: Yes + Profit Sharing
Industry: Manufacturing (Including Firearms Industry)
Experience: Financial Control including multiple subsidiaries of a parent company.
What You Will Be Doing Manages the accounting/finance department and provides information, primarily financial in nature, about all Company activities in an effort to assist management and others in making educated economic decisions regarding the Company's future

- Planning, directing, and coordinating all corporate accounting functions across multiple business divisions
- Evaluation, implementation, and optimization of systems and processes including assisting with selection, project management, testing, and controls evaluation
- Performing internal audits and financial risk assessments
- Financial controls testing and tax return management
- Oversee consolidated accounting and financial reporting including month/quarter/year end close
- Payments, Payroll and AP / AR management
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ Years of Finance and Accounting experience in a controller role or similar
- Subsidiary experience
- ERP experience
- Experience with Payroll, AR/AP, Multi P&L Accounting, GAAP standards, GL, income tax and banking working knowledge
- Open to working with a company in the Firearms Industry
- Ability to commute daily to Shiner TX (Relocation offered)
