The Marketing & Communications team helps build the ZS brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and engage our past, present and future workforce.

Lead, Employer Brand and Digital Marketing Strategy

We seek an experienced Employer Brand team lead and digital marketing strategist who is passionate about bringing great stories to life to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role will report to the Global Head of Employer Brand and will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of global strategies to strengthen ZS's employer brand, including recruitment marketing campaigns and social and digital presence to position ZS as an employer of choice. This role will play an integral role in bringing ZS's employer brand to life for past, present and future ZSers.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help define the development of an effective, integrated global employer branding program and supporting roadmap and overall marketing plan and vision. Focused initiatives will include creation of the brand narrative, messaging architecture and digital content plan connected to the ZS employee experience journey
  • Help define and amplify ZS's employer brand promise, differentiators, positioning, personality and messaging
  • Direct the production of dynamic, engaging content and campaigns that drive stakeholder understanding of the ZS mission and purpose
  • Drive global employer brand recognition and engagement in target populations creating personas to improve targeting, ensuring a distinctive and consistent voice, look and feel
  • Oversee the global content strategy, curation, and development to highlight ZS people, culture, life at ZS and career advancement on ZS's career-focused social channels
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR and other internal business partners to lead the development of campaign plans, and manage the development of digital promotional content such as email copy, brochures, web copy, presentations and videos
  • Partner with brand and advertising agencies to manage employer brand marketing campaigns/programs, and the creation and integration of ZS' People Value Proposition
  • Support and partner on setting the vision and creation of a plan that will drive all global social media content strategy and identify opportunities to amplify messaging with key influencers and target populations
  • Guide the team to seek out creative on-brand stories about the culture of the firm (people profiles, events, activities, volunteer efforts, professional development), adapting this content as needed for the Life at ZS blog and amplifying via social channels
  • Help develop and support the extension of our employer brand messaging framework across the candidate and employee lifecycle to create and reinforce an authentic and consistent narrative about working at ZS
  • Partner with employer brand team members and our internal communications team to drive awareness and adoption of employer brand messaging internally to provide consistency and clarity
  • Develop brand scorecards, KPIs and deliver insights on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and make targeted improvements as needed
Requirements

  • BA or BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field, master's degree and/or professional certifications desirable
  • 7+ years relevant work experience including building, managing and influencing teams in industries such as consulting, financial services, healthcare or biotechnology or creative agency
  • Experience should include external communications, social and digital media, and global marketing (Americas, India, Asia, EU)
  • Strong work experience creating channel-appropriate content (visual, video and curated) relevant to both new and experienced workforce, and deploying it across various channels
  • Proven record in leading corporate social media strategy development and execution, including recruitment-based communication that achieves results, including creation of channel-specific strategies, acquisition and growth of social audiences and measurement of results
  • Experience working with a global team on strategically creating, customizing, posting and amplifying social content across all preferred channels
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative internal stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
  • High-energy communications strategist and practitioner
