As a Gift Card Coordinator, you will be involved in multiple aspects of the Inspire Brands Gift Card program for all brands (Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, Rusty Taco, and SONIC) including reporting, gift card inquiries, and fulfilling bulk orders. While working remotely four days per week and being onsite one time per week (Minneapolis-based) , you will be the first point of contact for guest and restaurant support. You will be a part of the team that we are building to be both a part of and author our story. Here's what you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree or High School/GED degree combined with 1-2 years business experience.
• Experience working with gift card or payments industry.
