*Description*
* Annual financial audit process
* Put together audit package, depreciation schedules
* Bookkeeping
* Assisting with AP/AR needs for over multiple buildings

* Flexibility to start working January 11 through the end of February
* Flexibility to work remotely or in-person [to be determined]; laptop would be provided
* *Ability to work in downtown office if hybrid/in-person required *
* Experience with annual Financial Audit process *required*
* Timberline and Real Page Accounting knowledge *ideal *
* Knowledge of HUD* preferred *
* Ability to work 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday
