Our client, a commercial leasing company, is actively seeking a skilled contract Office Manager! This role plays an integral part in ensuring all day-to-day office functions of the firm are operating optimally, including managing HR functions!

About You:

  • 3+ years of office management experience required
  • 1+ year of HR experience preferred
  • Precise organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • A quick learner who thrives working across business units
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work independently and creatively solve problems
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

The Job:

  • Oversee and manage all related office functions including, but not limited to, mailing services, procurement, inventory management, calendar coordination and event planning
  • Serve as an HR point of contact for employees by explaining benefits, overseeing payroll, aiding in employee relations investigations and maintain HRIS system
  • Serve as a point of contact for all associated vendors and liaise with each on a consistent basis
  • Coordinate with facilities in regard to issues, repairs and maintenance
  • Process expense reports, reconcile credit statements, verify vendor invoices and work directly with accounting on any discrepancies
  • Tend to receptionist responsibilities including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors

This contracted opportunity is set to last at least four months and is paying up to $25/hour depending on experience.
