Job Description:

About the Role:
This is a high level role that will be helping identify what the QA program will look like and building it out. They will be redefining the QA processes and procedures as well as re-defining what QA means means to each department and what it will look like to be the most effective and what nneds to be done to accomplish it.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the appropriate teams to develop an efficient solution to implement
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to accurately compile the appropriate data 
  •  Implementing proposed solutions and monitoring their efficacy each quarter
  • Evaluate existing training programs and their effectiveness/ROIs to look for opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement
  • Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance programs
  • Creates and submits quality assurance reports including measuring KPIs, FTEs, and other metrics 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in training and/or continuous improvement
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other related business tools 
Preferred Expereince:
  • Previous experience within the online gaming and/or sports betting industry 
  • Six-Sigma Certified
