Meet The Content Marketing Team

As our Content Marketing Manager, over time you will build a team of content and social marketing specialists. The ultimate focus of this team is to create buzz and establish thought leadership across all audiences. This team will own the Visible Alpha brand and ensure brand consistency across all owned properties. You will run the content marketing discipline by creating a thought leadership strategy, supporting the revenue marketing program, and implementing an SEO strategy. This team is measured by top of funnel engagement and contribution, such as social following, content consumption, web traffic, and web conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the content marketing function and supervise and mentor junior staff, as well as manage vendor relationships
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of content marketing activities
  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms
  • Drive traffic and engagement that translate to sales and brand promotion
  • Implement SEO best practices
  • Monitor and manager Visible Alpha's online presence, and ensure brand consistency globally
  • Partner with editorial, research, and data operations teams to create content for our content marketing efforts
  • Partner with revenue marketing to disseminate an effective mix of content via strategic channels that ultimately provides air cover for sellers to accelerate pipeline and strengthen competitiveness
  • Continuously evaluate content spend and performance, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly

Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in B2B SaaS content marketing experience, and 1+ years of management experience
  • Experience in and knowledge of finance or financial technology strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing global content marketing campaigns with clearly defined goals and objectives
  • Experience in establishing and managing vendor relationships
  • Proven experience in managing corporate social media accounts, blogs, and websites
  • Experience in managing a corporate brand presence; employer branding experience a plus
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and social media analytics
  • Expert ability to manage projects from conception to completion; work collaboratively on cross-functional projects; and juggle competing priorities, stakeholders and tasks
  • Be a strategic, data-driven thinker with a proven ability to work with and influence employees across all levels of the company
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders with clear communication
  • Caring and effective global people manager

At Visible Alpha, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $170,000. This role is also eligible for a 20% target bonus.
