Job Summary

A client of ours in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Manager. You will oversee the content marketing strategy, communications planning, and implementation for brand and growth campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape campaign development, setting goals, defining target audiences, and determining channel mix.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategy for our suite of Payments Technology solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams to create compelling written content for new and prospective merchants.
• Ensure high-quality standards for website, blog posts, social media, and email campaign materials.
• Report content performance results to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of content marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong passion for payments ecosystems and ability to simplify technical concepts
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies using data
• Experience with CRMs and tracking KPIs for implemented campaigns
• Proficient in design tools like Figma or Adobe Suite
• Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• History of managing marketing budgets
• Able to work independently and on a team

Preferred

• Experience with Payments or related Fintech industry
