Your new role
My client is looking for a Construction Project Manager, with around 5 years' of experience to help spearhead projects for their Schools Group - paying $100k - $135k depending on experience. You will be responsible for on-site project management, overseeing the subcontractors, as well as leading weekly high-level ownership meetings. With multiple projects in the works, and a ground-up addition in the pipeline, they are looking for someone who will turn this role into their long-term position.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in either Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 5 years' experience as Construction Project Manager
• School construction experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to commute to Middletown, NY and the greater Orange County area
