NOTE: Must have correctional facility project experience and a 4 year degree to be considered. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in A/E/C industry with at least 10 years providing program management services.
What You Will Be Doing This role will focus on program management for court house, correctional facility, and historical building projects. The Project Director will assist with the planning, coordination and direction of various public works programs/projects. Responsibilities may include:

- Providing management of program logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilization
- Identifying potential risks and developing a risk mitigation plan
- Helping to ensure contract compliance
- Assisting with financial reporting including providing timely updates to key stakeholders
- Ensuring timely completion of all deliverables required by the client
- Developing and implementing a program quality management system
- Coordinating inspections with onsite contractors
- Assisting the project management team with tracking of construction progress/schedule/budget
- Maintaining log of project photos and daily reports
- Verifying field conditions against approved drawings
What You Need for this Position - 15+ years of relevant industry experience representing the owner and:
- Bachelors Degree REQUIRED (Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Applied experience in architectural and construction operations to include management, accounting, cost, administration, and personnel
- Project experience with court houses, correctional facilities, and historical renovations REQUIRED
- Thorough knowledge of alternative project delivery methods (specifically Progressive Design Build)
- Familiarity with LEAN principles and Big Room Concept
- Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Preferred certifications include: DBIA, CCM, LEED AP, and/or PE
