Job Description

Construction Manager wanted for an Orlando non-profit that specializes in affordable housing options for the community!

Full time hours Monday - Friday

7:30am-4:30pm

Paid weekly by direct deposit; online access to W-2

What's the job?

Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of multiple apartment complexes in Orlando.

What you bring to the job:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related

5+ years experience in construction

Background working with local codes; drafting and interpretation of plans and specifications.

Experience with overseeing mixed finance housing projects, involving lenders, and investors.

General contractor's license

Florida Driver license and clean driving record
