Local construction company seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to join their team on a direct-hire basis. Essential responsibilities include some experience in the construction trade who have run construction crews on-site or remotely. The ideal candidate would have experience with scheduling crews, walking jobsites, communicating with customers, ensuring on-site safety, and general job management. Residential construction experience required.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Scheduling crews for jobsites
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Manage project schedules
- Facilitate communication between customers and crew
- Maintain awareness of project safety
- Project documentation
