Required: Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Manages Configuration Items (CIs) across the IT Service Lifecycle, ensuring CIs are identified, baselined, maintained, and changes to CIs are controlled.
• Ensure formally approved software releases into controlled environments are completed as scheduled.
• Maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capable of holding information on all CIs including attributes and the relationships between CIs.
• Maintain the Configuration Management Plan which establishes the framework for identifying, controlling, reporting on, and auditing CIs.
• Maintain and updating CM policy, plans and procedures through the Configuration Management Plan.
• Maintaining a Definitive Media Library (DML) for hardware and software.
• Define and create CM audit reports, as needed.

Qualification/Education:

• 8 to 10 years of related experience with no degree, 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA.
• Configuration Management experience across a large-scale enterprise Information Technology (IT) program.
• Demonstrated experience in identification, baselining, maintaining, and controlling changes to IT enterprise assets.
• ITILv4 Foundation Certification desired
