The Components Scheduler will be a part of the Product Customer Service Center team which includes master scheduling, service parts, customer support, engineering change management and order management. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing manufacturing production support strategies, policies, procedures, and systems to enable operations to provide a high service level to our customers.

The annual salary for this position is $57,000.00 - $75,000.00

Responsibilities

Manage and direct the activities for your commodity category; Components, while working with the operations plant teams to achieve the goals of the company in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Plan, develop, initiate and administers specific goals and evaluation necessary for successful completion of projects within established budgetary guidelines

Work with the partnering plants to stay informed of market conditions that might impact production levels at the plant

Provide updates to manufacturing on the plants performance and its ability to meet customer demand

Analyze the proposed schedules/forecasts from the partnering plants to develop production schedules that most effectively match commercial requirements and balance plant capacity

Monitor and adjust plans as necessary by reviewing proposed scheduled changes, order changes, recommend acceptance, rejection or alternatives consistent with the goal of achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plans

Work closely with designated Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, Service Parts and Manufacturing personnel to resolve scheduling and production risks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or closely related technical field and 1+ years of supply chain/scheduling experience including internship experience

OR Associates degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience

OR High School diploma with 5+ years of supply chain experience
