RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for a Commercial Lending Admin to add to the growing team of an excellent financial services organization in San Antonio, TX.Typical Duties:
  • Scanning of loan documents into software system
  • Research projects: UCC filings; Exceptions
  • Call members regarding: Property taxes due in various counties; Hazard and Flood insurance updated policies
  • Call Title companies for outstanding documentation
  • Clean up/add/update address's in DNA
  • Clean up documentation


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 or more years of experience in a financial institution with a focus on commercial lending
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Outstanding customer service and telephone skills
