Location: Lancaster (Township), PA
Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $32.00 USD Hourly
Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and programming of CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications. You will play a key role in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) following blueprints, CAD models, and work instructions.
• Write, edit, and test CNC programs to achieve desired part geometries and tolerances.
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of setups, programs, and inspection results.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or a related role.
• Proven ability to operate and program various CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, CNC programming languages (G-code/M-code), and measurement tools.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
