Overview

As Beazer moves toward a consolidated, cloud-based reporting environment, data management will be critical to ensure success. The Cloud Data MDM Manager will drive the development, adoption and maintenance of Master Data Management across the organization by serving as the architect for aligning business processes and application data to define and document data lineage and primary sources.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Define, implement and own (master) data management; using industry best practices and aligning strategy with the goals, priorities and timelines of business and IT stakeholders;
• Support technical design and implementation of scalable data management, modeling and data integration development
• Comply with all security policies and procedures to ensure that the highest level of system and
• data confidentiality, integrity and availability across data types;
• Lead the discussions with business and IT stakeholders to document business processes
• and data flows to support critical data elements, data quality and issue resolution management
• processes;
• Provide ongoing support with definition and maintenance of metadata, data ownership, CDE's,
• producer/consumer listing, information flow diagrams, data flow diagrams and integration diagrams within the data domain;
• Contribute to roadmaps for Reporting, Data and Analytics, and to critical business decisions including data architecture, models, data acquisitions, data retention and data life cycle policies;
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvements in data management through technological innovation and operational improvement;
• Ensure that data is accurate by conducting audits, developing and monitoring exception reporting, and identifying processes that impact data quality;
• Lead efforts to upgrade and maintain Hyperion suite of products and other software systems as necessary;

Azure Synapse Analytics , Microsoft PowerBI, Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Hyperion Planning, EPMA, Oracle Data Integrator
