Merakey is currently seeking a Full Time Clinical Trainer to join our Adult Behavioral Health Division in our Harrisburg, PA Team and provide clinical training.

POSITION DETAILS

• Research and develop clinical trainings based on needs of the ACT/FACT product line.

• Prepare hard copy training materials such summaries, videos, and presentations.

• Schedule appropriate training sessions with all direct care staff in the ACT/FACT product line.

• Provide online training sessions via video-conferencing software.

• Track all completed training in the Learning Management System.

• Train and guide new employees through the onboarding process.

• Monitor tracking systems to ensure that all employees are current on all assigned trainings.

• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.

• Active listening, critical thinking, judgement and decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Technologically intermediate/advanced skills in MS products - Work/PowerPoint/Excel.

Travel required, with travel stipend included in addition to salary.

Rate of Pay: $25.00 hourly or $52,000 annually

• Master's Degree in Human Service field. LPC/LCSW required.

• Valid PA Drivers License and appropriate state and federal clearances.
