We are looking for a driven, analytical, engaging individual to join our innovative direct primary care model. Reporting to the market president, you'll support clinical operations and client partnerships across a rapidly growing market.This opportunity will be based out of Denver, CO and will support the West Market region.

The Role

The clinical operations specialist works closely with operational leaders in the west market, with duties such as data analytics, reporting, client support, process improvement, special events, and clinic launch activities. Key attributes for the role include teamwork, customer service, integrity, ingenuity, excellent communication skills, and a "get things done" approach.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and customer service
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Outlook (Salesforce and Tableau are a plus, but we can train you!)
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry-and a passion to fix it
• Comfort working in a dynamic, startup environment
• Flexibility for periodic after-hours work and travel to support our patients, care teams, and clients

PAY RANGE $55,000 - $65,000 per year
