The Capgemini Client Technology Lead (CTL) bringstechnology and innovation perspective to the Client as an integral part of theCapgemini Client account team. The CTL understands client industry, business,and technology platforms establishing self as a trusted advisor with the Clientbusiness and technology executives. The CTL participates actively andcontributes to Client's innovation and technology agenda converting businessand technical discussions into opportunities to generate business value forClient and simultaneously drive Capgemini services sales, revenue andprofitability.

CTL Responsibilities

  • Designs and drives Capgemini strategy to drive digital transformation and innovation agenda at the Client with clear understanding of their business strategy and objectives
  • Responsible for the long-term technical success of the Client maintaining effective advisory relationships at the senior level with the Client's business leaders, key technical decision makers and influencers contributing to their transformation and innovation agenda
  • Brings industry best practices and cross-industry use cases to Client discussions proactively participating in Client industry forums and open standards consortiums
  • Provides expert, vendor-neutral technical and architectural advice and solution strategies that address Client's strategic business imperatives and current business issues
  • Proactively monitors technology and innovation trends in the Client market and industry and pitches proactive proposals to co-create with the Client to drive high impact business value
  • Identifies innovation and transformation opportunities with the client and presents best-of-breed outcome-driven solutions across Capgemini offerings, partner/alliance ecosystem solutions
  • Works with internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to deliver winning proposals with deep expertise of the Client industry and Client technology platforms
  • Works closely with Client Business, Technology and Architecture leadership to provide technology and architecture oversight on critical Client projects
  • Works with Capgemini Client Partner (CP) and Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive services sales, revenue and profitability orchestrating Capgemini, Alliance/Partner and Startup ecosystem technology experts for demand generation
  • Provides a single critical and trustworthy interface to the client leadership for all of Capgemini technology and innovation capabilities working closely with CP and BDE
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Deep industry knowledge in Client's industry - Healthcare Provider, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing. Solid understanding of industry specific standards, products, services and solutions
  • Extensive and practical experience in enterprise architecture and solution level architecture across two or more of the following Cloud, Data and Analytics, Infrastructure, Security
  • Experience in assembling the right teams or capabilities to enable successful transformation/innovation agenda and execution on value-driven use cases
  • On critical initiatives, determine/review/propose architecture that will meet both current and future needs related to functionality, scalability, extensibility, reliability, availability, maintainability, security, and performance driving business value
  • Hands-on experience in presenting world-class proposals - conducting research and competitor analysis, driving solution design, guiding overall resource model, approach, cost estimation, risks and outcomes. Experience in reviewing Client Master Services Agreements (MSA) and recommending pricing and delivery models
  • Experience working in Global Delivery Model with solution delivery teams spread internationally across various time zones
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and pitching proactive solutions proposals for sole-sourcing on critical business issues
  • Experience working collaboratively on Client Account Development Plan (ADP) - contributing on relationships required, relevant business outcomes to drive, opportunities to pursue, target revenues, competitor analysis, potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed along with innovation and technology differentiators
