Beacon Hill's west-metro client is hiring for a Client Service Associate. The ideal candidate has worked in the financial services/investment industry and has familiarity with terminology. This is a fully onsite position with hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
• Efficiently manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.), demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
• Assist in client service tasks and meeting preparation, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Maintain office supplies and the cleanliness and organization of the office space, fostering a productive work environment.
• Provide comprehensive support to our team of professionals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
• Undertake additional projects and office/administrative duties as required, exhibiting flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Dependable with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work output.
• Proficient in multitasking and time-management, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills, dedicated to delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
• Proficiency in learning computer programs and systems essential for the job, adapting quickly to technological advancements.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information, maintaining utmost confidentiality and integrity.
• Prior experience in financial services and professional environments is advantageous, though not required.
• Bonus points for familiarity or experience with Charles Schwab.
