Our client is a Houston area heavy civil contractor that specialize within construction market across both private and public clients. They self-perform all of their work and specialize in flatwork, flood control, & excavation among others. They work on projects ranging from $100K up to $100Mill.

Your new role
You role as a Asst PM or PM will use your prior project experience to help maintain the site and equipment day to do. You will also be responsible for tracking man hours and maintaining schedules. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues and work on resolutions for key problems. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step to progress towards a long term career in project management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will come with at least 5+ years of experience. You will have project management experience. Ideally you will have a background in heavy civil projects. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required. A Civil Engineer degree would be looked upon favorably. You will be looking to join a close knit team where you can grow and develop your long term career. Exceptional communication skills as well as the attitude to learn and develop is necessary for this position.
