Civil Engineer *Job Title:*Civil Engineer
*Location:* West Palm Beach, FL, Hybrid 3 days onsite a week - *RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT*
*Salary:* $80,000 - $105,000 Annual Base Salary (DOE), Sign-on Bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks PTO
*Requirements:* Must have a degree in Civil Engineering and PE or EIT certification. Experience with Land Development - Water, Sewage, Transportation, etc.
  
We are a reputable mid-size east coast engineering firm known for providing solutions for government and private-sector clients. Some of the work we do but are not limited to are water distribution, sewer collection, paving, stormwater management, drainage, and government facilities such as parks, community centers, neighborhood improvement projects, infrastructure, and more. We are currently working with FDOT as one of our clients!

Due to the increased number of projects, we need another *Civil Engineer* to help with the workload! Currently, our team is at 12 people (6 of us are transportation engineers) in the *West Palm Beach Office working on a hybrid, flexible schedule*. (A perk about us is that we can be flexible on work hours and rarely work overtime!)

This role will need transportation design experience and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, but we are open to all years of experience and pay competitively.  We only require living locally to West Palm Beach (we offer relocation!), a Civil Engineering degree, and a PE or EI license.  This is also an opportunity to grow in our company and learn new skill sets!
What You Will Be Doing - Plan all design phases of engineering projects
- Acquire, negotiate, and carry out projects in the public-sector transportation market
- Collaborate in a team environment take responsibility and manage technical work
- Set up proposals and reports
- Create presentations for potential clients and project stakeholders, respond to questions from internal and external audiences
- Potential mentorship opportunities to junior-level staff
What You Need for this Position - EIT or PE license
- 2+ years in a professional setting
- Land Development
- Water Design
- Permitting
- Transportation design
- Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) (Plus)
- Experience working in District 1 in Florida (Plus)
