Chief Security Officer

Modis, Inc. the leader in the IT and Engineering Staffing Industry is actively interviewing candidates for an exciting Chief Security Officer

role with one of our best clients in the Cleveland area. This is a full-time opportunity.

Job Description:

The Chief Security Officer will be the strategic leader for the overall security - physical and cyber - of the work environment. You will leverage your indepth experience and knowledge in Cyber Security practices, trends and technology in addition to your professional dexterity to lead the charge and present your ideas to a Board of Directors. Though this position has no direct reports, you will be regarded as the SME in Security for the company.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or advanced degree strongly preferred

10+ years of experience in physical security and information security in roles with increasing leadership responsibility

5-10 years of experience in IT security technology including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection / Prevention, SIEM, Anti-Virus, etc.

Certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM or security clearance are preferred.

Proven track record of building and managing a cyber security organization is required.
