Hays Facilities Management are partnered with an emerging leader in Facilities services. The organization is looking for a Chief Engineer (Non-Union) to support their non-profit client in Boston
Your new role
The job duties for the Chief Engineer will include, among others:
- Oversight of MEP and staff
- Facilitate MEP and infrastructure assessments
- Oversee incoming vendors and contractors
- Provide expert customer-service to the client and their needs
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Experience overseeing a high rise asset
- Proven team management
- HVAC and Electrician Licenses required
Hourly rate between $40-$50 per hour, based on experience
