Advertised Job Summary:

This position will work with both the Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Center and the Center for Applied Business Analytics (CABA) faculty and staff to actively manage each center's administrative needs.The key responsibilities are to actively manage and support the administrative, organizational, and data needs for engagement activities with corporate partners, event planning and delivery, and coordination with constituents including administrative support for organizational and data needs of each center's student Capstone teams.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.

Job Duty:

Support the Engagement activities with corporate partners. Manage the member onboarding and renewal documentation needs. Manage the corporate partner relationships including billing, reimbursements, NDA, etc. Manage the communication between CABA directors and applied analytics club.

Organize and coordinate meetings, symposia, and/or workshops of each Center including, but not limited to the following, Spring and Fall Industry Showcases and Advisory Board Meetings, Spring and Fall Career Workshops for OSC students, Fall Hackathon/Data Challenge , Annual Executive Council Meeting, and Fall and Spring Analytics Roundtable.
