The Cash Distribution Analyst II is responsible for tasks related to the cash provisioning process, involving the distribution of cash loads to an average of 25,000 ATM locations nationwide that are owned or operated by WSFS Bank or other independent sales organizations who use Cash Connect for Vault Cash services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily imports of cash order files into proprietary software including trouble shooting exceptions and research needed to process requests.
• Maintain accurate and current procedures for the Cash Fulfillment process at Cash Connect.
• Create and maintain audit approved documentation of production process / Audit Liaison.
• Execute daily wires and ACH transactions.
• Originates ACH transactions in WSFS Business Online Banking to recover deposits from commercial bank accounts, collect invoice amounts, or remit surcharge balances to customers.
• Assist internal and external customers and vendors in researching cash order issues and provide alternatives when certain requested actions are not possible.
• Assemble the end-of-day packets of reports, emails, and other documentation which substantiate that all cash orders have been processed and exceptions approved or rejected.
• Prepare and distribute the management summary reconcilement of the day's cash order activity.
• Ensure that all cash provisioning activity and account deposits have been properly recorded and that all end of day notices have been generated for armored couriers and customers.
• Print and distribute cash order fulfillment sheets to the ATM Funding Specialists and others for cash order placement.
• Other duties as assigned, including cross training and project development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of financial services experience required.
• Experience in the ATM or Cash Logistics industry is preferred; Armor Carrier industry strongly preferred.
• Must have strong technical skills using Microsoft Office software products. Intermediate level Excel skills prefer
• Must possess a working knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with importing and working with structured data files is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a high-volume, deadline driven environment and prioritize responsibilities effectively to meet daily cut-off times.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and presentation skills is required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to provide creative solutions to improve operating efficiency and accuracy within the cash provisioning workgroup.
