Captain Compensation

• Captains flow to mainline after 5 years of service or be paid top of scale until they flow. Direct entry captains can bring their longevity and start on steps 2 through 20
• Earn over $180,000 in bonuses
• First Year Captain Pay: $146.25/hr

Bonus Structure

• $15,000 sign-on bonus (immediate payout)
• $15,000 Direct Entry Captain bonus (immediate payout)
• $7,500 E145 PIC type rating bonus (immediate payout)
• $15,000 12 months of active service bonus
• $30,000 Captain upgrade bonus
• $40,000 Captain upgrade + 1-year bonus
• $40,000 Captain upgrade + 2-year bonus
• $25,000 flow to American bonus
• Referral Bonus- $5,000 per successful Candidate

• Employer pays 67% of the cost for employee.

• 4-hour minimum day guarantee
• 11 minimum days off per month
• 75 hour minimum guarantee

Minimum Qualifications

• 2,250 hours of total flight time
• 750hours of qualifying FAR Part 121.436(a) flight time
• Commercial Multi-engine certificate with an instrument rating, and an English Proficient Endorsement
• Meet all flight currency requirements to carry passengers for hire
• Valid United States passport or a valid passport with authorization to work in the United States
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Current First-Class Medical Certificate
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Type Rating in a Part 25 Aircraft
• Current employment in a pilot position
