Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides assistant enrolling patients into system.
• Registers and schedules appointments for patients.
• Verify data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Process prescriptions refill requests.

Key Competencies:

• 1+ year of call center experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow deadlines.
• Computer proficient.
• Attention to detail.
