As our Business Initiatives Consultant I, you will be a key member of the Reporting and Data Analytics team within our Corporate Trust (CCT) organization. You will drive initiatives relating to platform upgrades, process enhancements, project delivery, and more!

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for leadership of cross-functional and virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Process improvement and redesign initiatives
  • Leading change management efforts
  • Provide management reporting
  • Ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition or general program
  • Providing leadership in the integration and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with business partners
  • Developing metrics, and evaluating performance of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Ensuring plans and programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations
What will you bring to the role?

The leadership aspect is one of the most important elements to the role's success. Being able to bring people together to work collaboratively will be a strength of yours and you will be transparent in your expectations of the TIO team.

Other key skills required for the role include:
  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning required
  • Corporate trust, financial services, and/or risk and regulatory compliance experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive with limited oversight
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Change leadership experience

Compensation.The base pay range for this role is $66,000 - $82,000. This base pay range is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
