We are currently recruiting for a Business Data Analyst based out of our Cranbury, NJ Corporate Headquarters.  The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for utilizing information pulled from various software platforms and provide insight that can be used towards strategic initiatives. 

Analytics

  • Extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patters that provide insight.
  • Manage data for all digital channels, leveraging analytics tools to identify digital customers and corresponding opportunities and risks.
  • Provide actionable web insights and recommendations to optimize the conversion funnel, increase adoption, understand feature engagement, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Leverage customer analytics tools to identify areas of market and customer opportunity and risk across the organization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase market share, expand sales opportunities of existing customers, and identify suitable customer prospects for the sales teams.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer data to help the marketing team implement a data driven customer marketing strategy. Assist functional areas to leverage customer information to make strategic decisions.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis or assist with strategic projects as requested by manager or senior management to inform various presentations and business decisions.
  • Capture analytics requirements from requestors, provide guidance regarding relevance and scope of data, and deliver consumable insights with appropriate context.
  • Educate and communicate data/dashboards throughout the organization to support digital and customer analytics. Drive data adoption through actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of analytics experience with a focus on digital or customer insights and have a track record of sharing data in easy-to-understand formats.  Strong written, communication and presentation skills are required.  The ability to work collaboratively with various departments is a must.
