The BA is responsible for supporting the digital marketing operations of Kohler eCommerce properties through partnerships with merchant stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement innovative digital marketing customer solutions and programs and support marketing efforts of emerging channels. 

Specific Responsibilities

  • The Business Analyst - CommerceTools is responsible for supporting merchant teams to maximize online sales and optimize the online customer experience by working closely with the Digital Marketing stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Manager - Digital Operations for the Kitchen & Bath North America region.
  • Provide active support of Kohler and Interiors website operations: coordinate website related product launch activities, manage promotion activities, product categorization and merchandising controls to drive eCommerce conversion.
  •  Maintains a master list of all website activities for scheduling coordination and governance.
  •  Manages the digital turn-in process for all onsite promotions, offers, and coupons.
  •  Conducts internal audits of commerce platform content, roles, and permissions.
  •  Responsible for supporting an adaptive workflow across digital marketing channels to enable planned and reactionary offers and promotions based on business needs.
  • Coordinates with product catalog feed service providers for all digital shopping and social channel data aggregation
  • Provides internal teams with operational support and triage.
  •  Advises on content, promotion, and merchant tools adoption to enable teams to improve overall website user experience including site taxonomy management, product sorting, product recommendations, price and promotions management, visitor identity and membership management, and product bundling and assortments
  • Assists in ensuring overall integrity of the eCommerce promotion schedule.
  • Works with appropriate team leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and usability.
  • Collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Kohler Signature Stores, Bathroom Design Services, Installation Services, Inside Sales, Customer Service, DevOps, and Global Ecommerce teams on content syndication planning.
  • Work closely with eCommerce online merchandising manager to optimize product assortments.
  • Continually drive innovation to create memorable eCommerce experiences and deliver business impact by working with cross-functional project task force.
  • Monitor and benchmark local market trends to make suggestion on payment and delivery propositions.
  • Develop a training curriculum for new commerce platform users.
  • Lead commercial reporting on online trade performance. Together with analytics manager dive deeper in weekly and monthly reports to derive insights and take actions for return management, product pushes, and UX requests.

Skills/Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree required in: Marketing, Communication Arts, Media & Technology, Information Technology, or Business Administration required.
  • 4+ years' experience supporting eCommerce in direct-to-consumer sales required.
  • Manufacturing industry and service experiences are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, request systems like Jira and SharePoint, and product databases and reporting systems preferred.
  • Proven experience with Commercetools, CMS, search technologies.
  • Experience with AEM, inRiver, Adobe Analytics, Lucidworks, Quantum Metrics, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Travel:

  • Minimal travel as needed.
