Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a Remote Position!
Business Analyst with experience in digital marketing and digital products to assist with a long-term project.
The Business Analyst will work with a global team on a major global initiative to plan and monitor business activities during the project.
The Business Analyst will sit within the Global Brand function, in the Global Digital Experience organization, and report into the Digital Products, Platforms, & Adoption Product Management team.
The Change & Adoption team resides within the Digital Experience organization, and leads all change and adoption activities in the delivery new digital products, platforms, and services to the global network, such as training, communications, and change management. The team drives the maturity of these digital programs by facilitating learning and best practices between member firms, and actively leads and maintains various digital communities, digital summits, and forums.
Role specific responsibilities:
The candidate will be expected to:
•Lead regular status meetings to connect project threads, uncover potential risks/issues and track progress.
•Manage an offshore business analyst in day-to-day tasks
•Understand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicits and documents requirements to meet business needs.
•Possess understanding of business analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies and leading practices.
•Direct and monitor business analysis activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with change request backlog.
•Manage the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provides senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.
•Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
•Post on knowledge sharing and team collaboration sites
•Share best practices internally/externally
•Strong communications skills - excellent writing and editing skills, with confident presentation skills

•Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
•Strong research and analytical skills; confidence in providing insights and recommendations
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills - particularly in PowerPoint and Excel - with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables

Education: BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of business analysis experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
