We're currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the team. As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing processes and translating them into business and functional requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

• Interview cross functional teams to gather information related to the business
• Analyze information to define business scope and objectives as well as identify potential change impacts
• Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data
• Partner with subject matter experts to validate associated system requirements and solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation related to modifying business processes and systems
• Participate in systems proof of concept and pilot activities (requirements documentation, systems configuration, validation, issue identification and resolution)
• Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to evaluate newly released features which support User Acceptance Testing
• Engage in early test and validation iterations with end users prior to go-live
• Support ongoing user feedback process and review of user support issues
• Partner with Product Manager in evaluating feedback for prioritization in future roadmap/release

Required Qualifications of the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in business
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or related field
• Solid understanding of supply chain management processes including Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics Planning, etc.

Preferred Qualifications of the Business Analyst:

• Previous experience working across multiple facility operations
