• Ability to review, analyze and document business process and workflow for the purpose of creating and documenting requirements to be used for new or optimization of software or business process and strategy.
• Should have knowledge of Software Development and IT related concepts as it relates to requirements gathering and documentation. Proficient in writing user stories and creating other project artifacts like Visio flow charts, etc.
• Should have knowledge of how an existing business may operate.
• Ability to work independently, meet with stakeholders, document existing process, make intelligent inquisitions and create detailed documents according to existing best practices and standards.
• Experienced in cross functional analysis and collaboration. The candidate should be outgoing, confident, have excellent communication and time management skills as they will work with all audience levels on critical time sensitive projects.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5-9 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Salesforce implementations and integration projects is a must.
