Description:

• Our team is responsible for determining which members in Housecalls and HBMC are eligible for a visit and getting those members into the dialer for outreach.
• We work with a variety of strategies and data points to ensure we have the appropriate mix of members.

Top Responsibilities:

• Using SQL server, develop and maintain processes that select membes which pass the business rules and load those members into the dialer.
• Analysis of data to understand what is needed to get members into the dialer.
• Create reporting for internal use to help monitor our client outreach.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested.

Skills/attributes Required

• 4+ years of experience of performing data analysis and reporting development
• 4+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS packages
• Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutions
• Understanding of statistical tools
• Experience with SSIS or other tools to move data between platforms
