Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst in Plantation, FL.

Role Description

The Business Solutions Analyst will be a key member of the IT Applications team and will manage all relationships with the corresponding business stakeholders. You are all about the flawless execution of system implementations, smooth operational flows and finding efficiencies that will enhance our Sailor's experience. You will be responsible for analyzing and challenging the proposed user experience and come up with alternative solutions when required.

The one thing you can count on is this is a very busy role and that every day will be different. As a member of the Application team we are relying on you to be able to drive policy and procedures and collaborate with executive members, application stakeholders, technical architects and peers to define the best approach to new initiatives. You are expected to be the functional lead for all projects assigned and be the cohesive business voice across all teams. Before you jump in make sure that you come with extra hands to juggle multiple things at once. Bring your passion along for the ride, for getting things done the right way. To be a superstar in this role you should be a strong communicator and be well organized. Amaze us by taking complex problems and making them seem simple to solve and fun to work with.

Having experience with technical Shoreside applications like ecommerce or CRM applications as well as business process management will make you noticeable.

Your masterful attention to detail and self-starter mentality mean you can work by yourself and as part of a team. Ultimately, we won't be able to remember how we got by without you.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within software & IT product related projects
• Experienced with identifying & documenting business requirements
• Experienced creating diagrams that align business efforts & technical efforts and identify gaps
• Strong proficiency in business change management
• Experienced creating user stories & building product roadmaps
• Experienced w/ testing
• Experienced working in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage business priorities and facilitate discussions w/ stakeholders
• BA/BS degree or higher is preferred
