Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is looking to add a Broker Coordinator to their team. The role provides marketing support for a leading team of brokers. The coordinator will often handle details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit marketing materials/packages (within InDesign) including proposals, and presentations, working directly with the marketing department on projects
• Manage process of distribution, list updates and activity reporting.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Produce timely and accurate of word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within Adobe InDesign
• Ability to work in a high production, fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge - In Design, Illustrator, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
