Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $62.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is looking for a Corporate Brand Designer to join their team! This role does require occasional (as-needed basis) travel to Skillman, NJ.


Job Summary

As a Corporate Brand Designer, you will be a key contributor to shaping our client's visual identity. Your creative expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining brand consistency and ensuring that our corporate image aligns with our business objectives. Responsibilities

Brand Execution and Oversight:

• Review and approve all designed brand executions, including advertising campaigns, event designs, website layouts, HR communications, and promotional materials.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.

Brand Architecture and Positioning:

• Collaborate on naming, logos, and brand positioning.
• Maintain a clear understanding of our brand's identity and portfolio.

Proactive Communication:

• Monitor design queries and respond promptly and courteously to internal partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, communications, facilities, and HR teams.
• Align brand identity with business objectives and customer needs.

Hands-On Design Updates:

• Make necessary updates to branded executions based on feedback.

Brand Training and Consistency:

• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Empower them to uphold brand consistency in their roles and projects.

Brand Performance Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of brand executions.
• Gather insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Office, Outlook).
• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of brand identity guidelines.
