Description: Our client, very top in their portfolios in consumer products, is currently seeking a Brand Activation Manager and a Brand Content Manager. New roles due to growth and supper successful years!
The Manager, Brand Activation will excel at working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and cross-functional relationships. This is a highly collaborative role that adds value by ensuring all their brands win at online and offline marketing.
Responsibilities:
Developing the consumer experience and communications that come to life across multiple touchpoints in an omni-channel retail environment
Develop, deploy, monitor and refine integrated brand communication plans for the brands cross-functionally to fully and effectively address the consumer journey and drive continued leadership within the marketplace
Lead the creation of marketing communication assets and informs investments across paid/earned/owned media channels including TV, digital/social, print, PR, retail marketing materials, brand collaborations, packaging and point-of-sale materials Assist in developing creative testing plans along with Media team.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, driving brand integration and message consistency across all consumer touch points Partner cross-functionally with Brand Management, Retail Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Brand Management, direct-to-consumer, and other stakeholders
Ensure projects deliver strongly on brand standards, retail best-practices, and communication channel strengths.
Manages external agency relationships, including briefing, goal setting, performance management, reporting, setting and leading the strategic objectives and on-going management of activities to accomplish objectives Supports claims development process with brand management and legal Tracks and manages production budgets to ensure accuracy of all costs.
Processes project invoices and tracks expenses versus budget.
Supports monthly, quarterly and annual budget planning efforts.
Facilitates legal approval process for advertising content, product and brand claims, and third-party reviews.
Ensure projects deliver strongly on brand standards, retail best-practices, and communication channel strengths.
Requirements:
Ability to manage creative and production process to deliver against agreed upon strategies and objectives Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines and schedules; ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with team members at all levels and productively resolve conflicts Ability to multitask in high volume environment.
Attention to detail and great follow-up skills are essential
Confident, professional and positive demeanor
Strong abilities to manage creative resources with an acute attention to creative details
Strong knowledge of creative production methods and processes
Relevant and results-driven marketing experience
A track record of flawlessly executing programs and bringing communications to life for consumer Ability to confidently and collaboratively provide direction to internal and external partners to create integrated, effective communications
Solid understanding of retail channel dynamics
Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channel
Effectively applies knowledge of business drivers to identify key performance indicators Strong leadership ability
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications) MBA Preferred Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
