A logistics management company in North Austin (Liberty Hill) is looking for an office manager/bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

-Proccess AP/AR and assist with Payroll

-Maintain company calendar and assist with scheduling/coordination

-Assist with booking travel

-Maintain office inventory (supplies, etc) and set up events/conference rooms

Requirements:

-Associate's degree or equivalent experience

-Extensive experience and familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

-Proficient in QuickBooks

-Familiarity with payroll processes
