Description: Our client is currently seeking a Billing Specialist Intermediate (3-6 years).


Job Description:

• Manage operations for the private bank, and interactional trust space.
• Heavy work load in our interactional space.
• Responsible for calculating fees and invoicing clients, and collecting the fees from the client & posting the fee.
• Reviewing fee agreements that we have with the client and ensuring that the fees are being calculated correct, and ensuring
• Extremely manual process for all invoice creation, document review.
• Processing invoicing on a daily basis and backlog of invoicing needs help.
• Fee billing experience would be a extreme plus
• Understand billing concepts are a must and priority
• Use excel on a daily basis, lookups, compare reports, pull data into multiple sheets is huge
• Interact with our trust officers who are our front office counterparts
• If we get out of the backlog and day to day invoicing, we use them for some UAT testing but or main concern is caught up in our day to day activity.
• Assign invoices by month: 20-30 fee invoices monthly.
• Multiple step: review fee agreement, prepare back up documentation, prepare invoice, get invoice reviewed & then upload.
• Billing/Collection/Invoice background is HUGE
• Not opposed to admin background that has strong invoicing processing/account receivable background.
