The Associate Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks: learning, assisting, and/or executing the analysis, configuration, implementation, support, and testing of enterprise business application software systems. These systems primarily focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related or integrated systems, including various modules of SAP (both on-premise and cloud-based), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Laboratory Information Management (LIMS), and other relevant systems. Additionally, the role includes specific responsibility for continually improving knowledge of the relevant applications portfolio.*Your Story.*

*What You Do. *



* Support existing system solutions to address business requirements and processes under the guidance of senior member(s). Participates in team activities to address prioritized backlog of requirements. Updates existing application configurations to meet design requirements in full compliance with formal change management and other governance protocols. May rotate between application areas of focus to achieve breadth of experience.

* Under the direction of direct line supervisor, builds expertise in the broad application architecture and functionality which may include various modules of SAP and other allied and/or integrated solutions. May also include developing/understanding ABAP coding. Supports end-to-end business process view for all applications assigned in collaboration with the full Business Applications Team and with business users.

* Maintains documentation to describe solution configuration, process flow and behavior, testing, defects, and incident/problem resolution. Updates training documents for new or modified processes or functionality for business users or technical support staff.

* Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about system processes or configuration.

* May be responsible for reacting to all off-hour calls regarding system problems in a prompt and reasonable time.


*Your Education and Experience.*



* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required

* 0-2 years of ERP-related IT Applications experience (regardless of specific ERP solution knowledge)

* SAP functional or ABAP coding/support experience a plus

* Working and engaging in an Agile team environment a plus

* Certification in any SAP S/4 HANA module is of significant benefit
