POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will introduce you to the Appraisal industry and build a broad foundation in commercial real estate to help build your CRE career. We believe with the right attitude and foundational skills we can teach you skills necessary to be successful in the CRE Industry.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Research and assess property information
• Analyse data regarding comparable sales, listings and rentals
• Research benchmark rates of return, including cap rates and discount rates
• Inspect property and interview market participants
• Prepare property studies

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3 years of professional experience or internship experience
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
• Communication Proficiency (oral and written)
• Detail Oriented
• Research Skills
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Financial Aptitude
• No State license required
